              Cold Concepts is a Florida State Licensed HVAC Corporation, which provides Installation, Service and Maintenance of Commercial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning units, to all three counties in South Florida.

              Our company mainly manages Commercial and Industrial HVAC services for some of the top commercial property management companies in the country. We also service, install and provide maintenance for refrigeration equipment in many entertainment venues, as well as food and beverage locations.

              At Cold Concepts we excel at providing ethical and honest customer service, which is difficult to find nowadays in many service industries, especially after the pandemic. As well as efficiently and decisively tackling and resolving many issues, other companies cannot or will not resolve.
